2022-2023 Curriculum Survey Report & Visualization Tool

The 2022-2023 Rhode Island Curriculum Survey Report displays the K-12 curricula being used in each LEA and designates their quality as either red, yellow, green, not yet rated, or locally developed. This list is a companion document to the Curriculum Visualization Tool (Best viewed in Full-Screen or in Landscape view on mobile devices). The Curriculum Visualization Tool provides an interactive view of curricula used across Rhode Island. Users can use the tool to view curriculum selections for 2022-2023 by LEA and School for both Mathematics and ELA (see tabs for various views across the top). The Tool displays curriculum data for grades K-8 from 2018-19 to this year and grades 9-12 from 2020-2021 to this year. Choose the school year to view by selecting from the dropdown. Note: The Tool displays best on a full-sized screen or in 'landscape mode' on mobile phones.

Educators and district leaders are encouraged to reach out to LEAs who use the same curriculum to collaborate on professional learning and cross-district communities of practice. When selecting a new curriculum to adopt, leaders can use this information to seek feedback from districts where materials are in use.
