The two-day training on the teacher model for new evaluators is a pre-requisite for this training, as it builds upon the training procedures and content, where applicable. We encourage LEAs to determine who is best suited to act as the training facilitator for this module. This facilitator should review all of the following resources and materials which are intentionally designed to support local facilitation at a time and location convenient to those who require the content of the Support Professional model as part of their role as instructional leader. SLO Self-Audit SLO Self-Audit for LEAs LEAs can facilitate an annual professional learning opportunity around an SLO self-audit. The purpose is to better understand the level of SLO quality, to discover trends that could impact policy and practice, or future professional learning needs for educators and building administrators.
