Social Emotional Behavioral (SEB) Universal Screen

RIDE's School Health Team will be joined by Bradley Hospital's Learning Exchange to discuss best practices in implementing SEB Universal Screeners.

Screening for the well-being of students can be a broader indicator of social, emotional, mental, and physical wellness. A SEB universal screener provides a snapshot of the population as well as identifies individual students who may benefit from early intervention and support.

Facilitators will provide an overview of SEB Universal Screening and resources to support exploration and implementation.

Learning outcomes- participants will gain an understanding of:

• National and Local considerations for SEB Universal Screening
• Multi-tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) as a framework for effective coordination of Mental Health supports
• What SEB Universal Screening IS and What it's NOT
