Public Notification: Summer Food Service Program Waiver Request

The Rhode Island Department of Education plans on submitting a waiver request for relief from certain regulatory requirements of the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), regarding:

State Agency Monitoring Requirements – This waiver would allow the State Agency to develop an abbreviated SFSP monitoring schedule due to the large number of new SFSP Sponsors serving the community during the COVID-19 health crisis.
