Finance Office

The Finance Office coordinates all grants, distributions of state and federal funding, and Department purchasing.

This office calculates, manages, and distributes state education aid, federal funds, and various other types of grants. It handles all the purchasing for the department, including processing vendor payments, and prepares the annual budget request and manages the budget process throughout the year. It also conducts audits of local education agencies.
